A new service called Help me PLZ has been launched for those who can’t or don’t wish to use internet.
Just one call and there’s a huge range of options that directly links people to a range of services.
The automated system that is clear, easy to use and gives the caller the option of contacting the organisation themselves or to be put through directly.
There’s also a directory for Hinckley and Bosworth and Leicestershire the wider area
