All Members of Osbaston Parish Council are hereby summoned to attend a Parish Council Meeting to be held on Monday 12th December 2022 starting at 7:00pm at Elohim Community Church, Newbold Road Barlestone, CV13 0DZ for the purpose of transacting the business shown below

6. GROUNDS MAINTENANCE TENDER
a. To consider the draft tender for the 2 year grounds maintenance contract starting in April 2023
b. To consider the request to rescind the decision to remove footpath clearance from the existing grounds maintenance contract
4. TRAINING
a. To consider the request from the Clerk to attend GDPR training at the cost of £35
5. FINANCE
a. To consider adopting the financial statement for September – November 2022
b. To note the budget monitoring sheet for September – November 2022
c. To note the closing bank balance for 30th November 2022 of £7441.00
d. To consider the recommendation to adopt the draft budget 2023/2024
e. To consider the precept demand for financial year 2023/2024
f. To note the NALC salary awards for 2022 - 2023
6. LCC MEMBERS GRANT
a. To consider projects for LCC members grant 2023/24
7. PLANNING
a. 22/00970/FUL - Change of use of existing garage and stable to holiday let Woodville, Lount Road Osbaston
b. To consider a formal response to the consultation for the Street Naming and Numbering Policy from HBBC
c. To consider any planning applications received since issuing of the agenda
