In accordance with the requirements of the Local Government Act 1972, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of Sutton Cheney Parish Council will be held on Monday 26th September 2022 starting at 7:00pm at Elohim Community Church, Newbold Road, Barlestone for the purpose of transacting the business shown below.

a. To consider the adoption of the minutes from the Extraordinary Parish Council Meeting held on 4th July 2022
5. BOROUGH AND COUNTY COUNCILLOR REPORTS
a. To note reports from Borough Councillor Bill Crooks
b. To note reports from County Councillor Bertie Harrison Rushton
6. PARISH COUNCILLOR VACANCY
a. To consider applications to the vacancy of Parish Councillor for Osbaston ward
7. GROUNDS MAINTENANCE CONTRACT
a. To consider an amendment to the existing grounds maintenance contract to include the maintenance of the village entrance signs
8. COMMUNITY DEFIBRILLATOR
a. To update on the community defibrillator project on Barton Road, Osbaston
b. To discuss details on the public training session including the preferred date and venue
9. FINANCE
a. To consider adopting the financial statement for July – August 2022
b. To note payments requiring Council authorisation of £619.10
c. To note the bank balance for 31st August 2022 of £3545.43
d. To discuss projects for next financial year 2023 - 2024
10. PLANNING
a. To note the response regarding the formal complaint to HBBC and LCC Highways regarding the increase in heavy goods traffic, a school bus route and traffic chaos on Lount Road, Osbaston.
b. To note any updates on the Piggery Café application at Osbaston House Farm, Lount Road
d. To consider any planning applications received since issuing of the agenda
