All Members of Osbaston Parish Council are hereby summoned to attend a Parish Council Meeting to be held on Monday 13th March 2023 starting at 7:00pm at Elohim Community Church, Newbold Road Barlestone, CV13 0DZ for the purpose of transacting the business shown below

6. GROUNDS MAINTENANCE TENDER
a. To consider quotations for the 2 year grounds maintenance contract starting in April 2023
7. CLOSURE OF HSBC IN MARKET BOSWORTH
a. To receive a report from Cllr Earp regarding developments in Market Bosworth following the announcement that the local HSBC branch will close (Appendix F)
8. VILLAGE GATEWAY SIGNS – LCC LICENSE AGREEMENT
a. To receive and consider signing the licence agreement from LCC concerning the siting of 3 village gateway signs across the Parish (Appendix G)
9. DEFIBRILLATOR AWARENESS TRAINING
a. To discuss and consider details of delivering a community training session about how to use the community defibrillator in Osbaston.
10. COMMEMORATION OF THE KINGS CORONATION
a. To discuss and consider how the Parish Council could commemorate the Kings coronation event (Appendix H)
11. FINANCE
a. To consider adopting the financial statement for December 2022 - February 2023
b) To consider the draft payments list for march 2023 (Appendix J)
b. To note the budget monitoring sheet for end of the quarter 4 for financial year 2022 - 2023 (Appendix K)
c. To note the closing bank balance for 28th February 2023 of £7311.60

b. 23/00163/HOU - Proposed single storey rear extension (following demolition of existing
