Reporting Problems to Leicestershire County Council

For the most efficient and monitored response, we would ask that you use the ‘Report a problem’ online form wherever possible - this form guides you through the identification and location of the issue, allowing easy input of the relevant data. You do not have to log in or have an account to do this and you will receive an acknowledgement, reference number, and receive regular updates on the issue reported. Our automated update procedure is currently being reviewed on an incremental phased basis; it is expected that Parish Councils and Community Organisations will soon benefit from a much-improved process.

A number of winter gritting runs have now been completed as the temperature is starting to fall. Highways officers are monitoring the roads round the clock and, if freezing temperatures are forecast, the gritters are ready to treat major roads and key roads.
