Trading Standards are urging consumers who have bought goods from a business which has not been delivered in the agreed time frame to report this to Leicestershire Trading Standards. If it is claimed that a business is closing down or has closed down and the delivery or refund cannot be made please report your complaint.
It is the seller’s responsibility to make sure the item is delivered to you. If your goods are yet to be delivered, under the Consumer Rights Act, you can ask the seller to deliver the item by an agreed date, a reasonable time is around 30 days. If you don’t receive your goods, you can cancel and ask for a refund.
