Winter Art Exhibition by Desford & Peckleton Art Club

are delighted to announce the return of their Winter art exhibition at Peckleton Village Hall on Saturday 20th November and Sunday 21st November from 10am until 4pm. There will be a variety of art on display, a raffle and a pop up café will be available serving hot drinks and delicious home-made cakes.
It will be the first exhibition for the club since Spring 2019 when member Malcolm Clayson won ‘best in show’ for his Norfolk watercolour painting. Once again, visitors to the exhibition will be able to browse and vote for their favourite painting as well as purchase pieces from the show. Art styles range from abstract to photo-realistic and previous visitors to the exhibition have commented on the high standard of work available.
No booking will be required, so visitors can just turn up on the day. Parking and disabled access is also available on site.
The show will run for two days and on Sunday afternoon the Mayor of Hinckley and Bosworth will be attending to present the ‘Best in Show’ public vote prize and also announce raffle winners. The Art club really appreciate the great support that has been shown in the past and look forward to meeting both new and returning visitors.
